Itxasburu Sagardotegia

OUR HISTORY
The cider-house called Itxas-Buru was founded at 1982 by Mr. Ascensio Intxauspe. Although the Intxauspe family knew the art of making cider since forever, they started their professional activity from the 80s.
Currently it produces 70.000 liters of cider per year using the apples of their 8 hectares.
Itxasburu sells his own cider by two types of labels: the one is the normal one and the other one is called D.O. Euskal Sagardoa (a guarantee of quality cosigned by the Basque Government). The latter is made with own apples 100%. You can buy bottles in the cider-house all year.
